Pineapple has been a great experience for me. In all claims or to insure devices. But this one has to go to the agent that assisted me with the claim. Very nice, professional and patient agent. She kept me up to date with any information. When any questions were posed she would answer and would even back up with relevant information. The over all experience with the agent was one I would use to recommend their services. Much praise to Prudence for the month long process of claiming. Everyday being available to assist and give me confidence that the claim will be approved and paid out. She is a great ambassador for the organization. Give her the flowers she deserves. 10/10 would recommend her to competitiors😅
