Pineapple general review with claim experiences

Their replies do take a while especially with their “chat bot” service, definitely something that can be worked on, in terms of claims my car was written off the claims go through Iwyze and once you figure out who your claim handler is it’s quite easy to contact them, pineapple seems to just be a broker, throughout the claim process I never had contact with pineapple rather Iwyze, for a full write off claim it too about 24 days for the claim to be finalised beginning to end, it took under an hour to cancel my policy. All in all never really had an issue with these guys.
