Pineapple Excess is a real joke

Good day I was involved in an accident the 31st October 2024, I had settled my car a week before the accident and joined Pineapple. Due to being busy with work, I had not had the time to send the pictures of the vehicle as the time I leave and come home its dark. I left work early that day to go somewhere as I was going to take the pictures that afternoon before It got dark and I was involved in a 5 car pile up on the highway. The person who caused the accident did not stop and hit the vehicle in front of her then hit the car behind me into me and i bumped the vehicle in front of me, Now to cut a long story short, my excess because I am claiming within 6 months of the insurance and because I did not upload the pictures onto the app either. Now I was deducted R29860 for the excess of the vehicle, and got paid out for the vehicle, now it comes to claiming for my excess back, and Pineapple only want to pay me R2000. As the comprehensive vehicle cover is only under retail? Yet I asked for comprehensize cover. Now I have to fight for my money back. What a joke. Then it went into litigation, and from the start of my communication, they were claiming the full amount of the vehicle ( which includes my portion of my full excess I paid) and I want all the money thats due to me. The RAF is bankrupt. and I refuse to take this nonsence from them. This is honestly day light *******, and I stayed with my current car, so that I can ensure I get my money back for my excess. What more must I do.
