Pineapple Dishonesty Additional excess

I got a quote from pineapple on 20 Oct 2025. The sales consultant that assisted me neglected to in form me regarding additional excess. Please read your policy documents when you receive it. This is the additional excess that was not disclosed on the sales call "Driver at the time of the incident is neither the regular driver nor the regular driver's spouse; AND Claim incident within 6 months from the vehicle cover start date; AND Incident driver under the age of 25; AND Incident driver licensed less than three years; AND The incident occurred between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00; AND Vehicle not roadworthy; AND Single vehicle accident **Limited to a maximum of 3.

I battled for 5 days to get this policy cancelled.

Pay attention and listen carefully when you deal with insurance companies!
