Pineapple Communication is bad

I made a claim after having accident. Firstly I had to lodge a claim via an app which is not convenient at all and the consultants take forever to respond. Was finally assigned a lady called Koketso from the app to assist till today she hasn’t called me. Getting hold of them is a hassle and there’s no communication whatsoever. No one is giving me updates nothing. Pineapple is the worst
