Pineapple Claims Process (Laptop Device)

Had an overall remarkable experience with my claims process at Pineapple. Everything from reporting the incidence and adding supporting information to reimbur*****t, especially since my device was not taken from me. Thanks to Banele who was with me in every step of the way. I didn't even know that if you do not like what they give you, you can tell them and they can arrange other ways of reimbur*****t such as a Takealot voucher and they can take their excess from the total cost of that voucher and leave you with just enough cash to buy what you are replacing. It was great for me provided this is my first personal experience with insurance.
