Pineapple claims process

The claims experience at Pineapple Insurance can be frustrating because there are no contact numbers to reach them, the only mode of communication is via text, furthermore, the method of reimbur*****t isn't the most convenient because there isn't a great variance of stores one can purchase from (the stores that have the product cheaper are not part of the claims card store list). I was assisted by a lady named Charlotte, she was really helpful with the claim process, her service is what brought about consolation to the process.
