Pineapple Cellphone Insurance

My cellphone which I had insured with Pineapple had a software crash and I lodged a claim on 31 December 2021 and my claim was handled by Philadelphia. Philadelphia kept me updated daily on the progress and on 05 January 2022 she advised me that the claim was approved and I will be getting a voucher of the sum insured minus the excess. I received the voucher on 07 January 2022 which for an insurance claim is absolutely mind blowing. I loved that I did not have to pay the excess from my pocket since sometimes one do not have cash on hand always. I recommend Pineapple and I will be referring friends and family.
