PINEAPPLE CAR INSURANCE EXTREAMLY POOR SERVICE I DO NOT RECOOMEND THEM

I am very much disappointed with pineapple insurance, i was involved in a car attempt high jacking which led for my car to crash on the 26th June 2022, i reported the case on 27th June 2022 as i lost my phone and could not even contact them, i had to track my car as to be able to inform Pineapple where it was towed, they only collected the car on the 5th July 2022 to date I have been not able to get any resolution and help besides me having to contact them on email as they do not have a contact numbers,

I regret the day I took out the Pineapple insurance, Absolutely disgusting service, terrible platform, do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

There is no turn around time of the claims and I as the client i have to be emailing them non stop to get feedback!!!

I am sick and tired of Pineapple they have the worse poor service !!!!

I even have apps like Discovery and Momentum and other but they are far better than Pineapple, I hope Ian Williamson will just shut Pineapple down as their service is poor with no efficiency.

Today is the 11th July 2022 and i had to email them again as to find out what is happening with the claim, there is not a single month they do not debit and they get the money and give **** to customers!!!!! NEVER EVER HAVE PINEAPPLE INSURANCE !!!!
