Pineapple cancellation uninure does not exist
I have been trying to cancel my policy and have not been successful, there is not uninsure botton visible on the APP as stipulated on your website.

22 Sept 2024, 09:01I cacelled my policy with Pineapple and was informed by the agent that I would receive a portion of the funds paid as a refund. I am told that I am not entitled.
