PINEAPPLE ARE THE WORST!!! BEWARE!!

I signed up with Pineapple in November last year. As i was not in Cape Town i could only do my inspection a few months later. Bearing in mind premiums were being paid every month. They then found a fault with my bonnet and asked me to respray it within 30 days as it was "faded". I obviously advised them that I could not afford it within 30 days whereafter they promptly cancelled my policy on the same day that another premium went off. I then disputed the premium had a huge fight with them as they refused to repay my other premiums paid which I am entitled to. Upon my arguing fervently they then decided to repay my premiums. Today after enquiring on my refund date I was told I didnt pay the last premium hence me not getting my refund of all my premiums in total. Pineapple is a rip-off. Im happy they didnt get a further cent from me. Please be careful who you insure with (totally p-d off).
