I had logged a issue relating to the app on Saturday early evening. Nomfundo from the team reached out to me on Sunday and promptly understood my issue and clearly advise she will escalate the issue with the technical team and explained that the issue was out of her scope of duties and this morning she again reached out and requested me to ensure the technical item I raised is resolved within the app. And there is was the item I raised was resolved with efficient timing and communication.
