Pineapple and iWyze are the worst

Pineapple and Iwyze is a horrible insurance. My laptop was ****** out of my car as it was jammed even though I made sure that the car was locked. They first asked me to report the matter and I did that I went up and down getting a case number so they can pay my claim and only in the end for them to turn around and decline. They took 2 months getting me the report as to why they are declining my claim and then they told that they wont pay because there was no force of entry to my car. Was I supposed to die in the process to proven that it was ******?
