Pineapple access from R4500 then jumped to R22000 upon registration of claim.
I took an insurance with Pineapple Insurance and we agreed on the access of R4500. Now that I had an accident the access has jumped to R22 000. I have waited 4 weeks just for a claim to be approved. No communication or updates from them.I have to do follow up with them. I moved from an insurance where my access was R8900 to theirs which was R4500. I don't understand why I have to pay the R22 000.
