Hi, I was assisted by a lady named Boitsheko. She rep**** promptly and assisted within her capacity. Very friendly and maintained contact. I was unavailable at times due to work and meetings etc, yet she persisted, contacted me and set up a time convenient for me to assist with my request. My request for cancellation of an excess fee waiver has been forwarded to a broker. I'm still waiting for the broker to contact me. However, I must recommend the service of a very helpful, friendly and accommodating experience.
