Pineapple 🤦🏾♂️

First claim and so far we are off to a bad start. The claims process is so tedious. I’ve had to submit one claim twice because the on app application system is a mess. You call iWyze only for your claim to be registered and even then it’s a nightmare because they get things so wrong. I call one number to request a tow truck, I call another to get a courtesy car only to have to call back and follow up to find a request for a courtesy car hasn’t been sent. The system is glitchy on their part, they open your profile and then some information already on your policy document doesn’t show up on their end. Feedback is poor. I’ve lost an entire work day and will likely lose another one waiting to get car hire🤦🏾♂️
