Pineapple

Been paying my insurance for 2 years with Pineapple. on the 20/01/2023 my screen cracked and im told to pay R1000 for excess. Quotation to fix my screen was R1050.00

so i'm told to pay that excess so they can fix my screen. might as well fix it myself and cancel.

Why cnt they just give me back all my money as debit order has been going off every month without a miss!
