Phone claim
I have lodged a phone claim on the 6th of November 2023 and today is the 17th of November 2023 and I have not had a consultant contact me. I have been told to wait for 48hrs for the past week can I please be kindly Assisted.

18 Nov 2023, 19:51The claim shows in my app that i have submitted, i just tried again to lodge a claim using the website and it says i do not have any items covered and it doesnt allow me to proceed. Pls look into my claim again and this is my policy number
