Philadelphia from Pineapple Insurance gave me one less thing to worry about!

I recently had my phone ****** through a smash and grab - on the 25 November, to be exact. I had various interactions with the staff at Pineapple Insurance - however Philadelphia stood out for me! She kept me informed all along the process - very great communication. I did not have to make any follow ups. My claim was finalized on 6 December 2021 - which is quicker than I expected! Great service, I will always recommend them! Thank you Philadelphia for giving me one less thing to stress about !
