Payouts and claims
I’ve been with Pineapple since late 2018 and had two claims. Both times no issues. They do require massive amounts of paperwork and document to fill out ( which is probably understandable), but no issues regarding the payout.
So no complaints from my side regarding the claims division. Excellent service from Banele.
