Paying an extra access of R6200 for being in an accident with no other car involved
I have just registered a claim with Pineapple to my surprise they want me to pay double of my access only because only 1 car involved and that there is nowhere else to claim for the repairs hence am paying double the access.
This does not make sense even the consultant couldn’t explain it other than say there’s no other insurance to claim from that’s why you are paying twice,you are paying because the claim only involves your vehicle
