Pay back the my money

i am writing to express my concern regarding a recent debit from my account after my insurance policy was cancelled. Despite the cancellation, my account was still debited, which caused a serious inconvenience as I had already taken up insurance with another provider.

I have now been debited by two insurance companies for the same period, which is both unfair and financially straining. Kindly investigate this matter urgently and process a refund for the unauthorized debit.
