Pathetic service

Pineapple Insurance, false adverti*****t, what they tell you over the phone is different on paper, when you request to be called back as they don't call you even after they promise to call you as you can't phone them. Diana from Pineapple promised me a call, even told me the axact time she was going to call back but have been waiting to date.. And she no longer responds to my emails. I have send numerous emails to complaints but no joy.
