Pathetic Pineapple Insurance!

What a terrible experience with this insurance company! On Wednesday the 11th of January 2023, they got back to me with regards to my interest. Initially I was going to be covered from that Saturday but I later advised that that Friday would be suitable because my car was ready for collection at the dealership. The pro-rata amount jumped from R588 to R799, which I was okay with. But fury started arising when I received a text message stating that an amount of R1264.33 would be deducted! Obviously I contacted them immediately and I was told that it would be amended. Which obviously turned out to be a blatant lie. Now they are taking me back and forth claiming that there is nothing wrong and that they were meant to have deducted the full payment! That wasn’t communicated with me and I have proof of what was! It is also ******* that there isn’t a number to call!
