Pathetic, disappointing and unprofessional service

If I could have a rating below 1 star, I would probably elect that. I submitted a claim for a phone and I have not been assisted.

To say I am disappointed once again at the poor service from Pineapple would be an understatement. I am not sure whether they aiming too high with their undertakings to resolve the claim with 7 business days or provide feedback every 48 hours. Be that as it may, whatever the reason for their short comings, I hope everyone who wishes to insure with them reconsiders because the unprofessional service is not worth it.
