Palesa was incredibly sweet and pleasant

Palesa was incredibly sweet and pleasant. We only engaged on chat but I felt like we spoke on call. She guided me with steps to follow and assured me she would be online to assist with my pre inspection for the car. Once I reached the dealership and was ready for inspection, I messaged and she rep**** a few mins later. I've interacted with other staff as well, Kagiso, Veron and Pakama who were very helpful with my requests and answers all of my questions. Thank you guys!! My customer experience is a 10/10. Hope to receive this level of service from you all the time, and it's not the case if new broom sweeps clean. Keep up the good work!!👍 Stay blessed 🙌
