"PAINAPLLE" - *********, ************* and incompetant sales pitch.

I was duped into a contract by overzealious, ill -trained and pushy telesales personal. Vital and pivotal information was withheld from me when introducung the policy. I wanted to insure 3 motor vechiles. I was not told about the rewards incentive/ programe at all. And first heard about it when tracker phoned me to say that according to Pineapple i had requested them. When i receive the first premium notice it differed some R900. This without any of my knowledge, nor at least an explination. After an exhaustive and lenghtly sign up process (Countless call backs, way out of the appointed time) i was at the end of it , only then told there would be extra fees for a manual inspection if i chose not to use the app. DEspite insisting on receiving a copy of the contract none was forthcoming.

My advise to others, based on my dismal and prolonged expierance,clouded by frustration and agrievement is tread lightly, extrememly lighty, or rather, to be safe, stay well away from this shoddy, disengenious and unprofessional outfit.
