Outstanding service from Karabo

This is a 5 star rating for Karabo Mabe, for the outstanding service she has provided me this far. First time ever I dealt with an insurance employee who is completely transparent and honest. There was a point where I doubted her because of the phone call I received from tracker (I will give tracker a poor review for their blatant dishonesty, and file a complaint with applicable regulators shortly.) but this is not about tracker, this is about Karabo…

I would give Karabo 6 stars out if 5 if the system would allow me. But I can’t. The additional star is for how she went the extra mile to assist me with the documentation, after I accepted the insurance contract. She did not mind working additional hours in the evening, to help me obtain my vehicle the following day. Bare in mind, it’s her legal right to not work after hours. But she did it with no hesitation.

Pineapple insurance HR/Payroll personnel, kindly 1 hour overtime pay for Karabo.
