Only calls when I want to join, but when you need them they dont.

I have texted on the App and on whatsapp requesting for calls several times to cancel my Car Insurance due to affordability and they haven't called me back just like when I texted and they called me back when I wanted to join.

They have seen my request that it is for canceling the Insurance and surely they won't call, I do not know what should happen because I am canceling it due to affordability. Now what if I get debited my last cents.

I wanted to have a notice till the 24th before it debit me for the following month of the 25th.

They even told me they will come install the trailer so they see how many kilometers I spend monthly for the discount they are claiming, they havent came even today since I joined them.

Now how am I supposed to get hold of them... I guess my affordability issues were really a hint that they are service is really bad, what if I was in the middle of the road needing them ASAP.
