OKAY service!

The experience was not too bad but it was also not that great, low-key bad. Took time to accept/ let me know the status of my claim and kept asking for the same documents all the time! Communication was not that GREAT BUT... But the help I got from CHARLOTTE was great! it would be 4 stars due to THE LACK of communication, BUT I will give 5 cos Charlotte was helpful. I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND PINEAPPLE to anyone looking
