I recently bought a vehicle and decided to insure with Pineapple, worst decision ever, they will phone you 10 times a day to get you as a client, but once you submit a claim, its currently 12 days and im still waiting for them to reach out to me, really frustrated, not recommended.

27 Mar 2024, 11:04Hi Thulile, if Pineapple is really concerned, Please give me a timeline as to when will my claim be resolved, because im really frustrated with the service received, if it takes 15 days to get my windscreen done, I can just wonder what will it take for an accident claim.
