Not Pineapple but VROT APPLE
This company really are not to be recommended . Even after cancelling and receiving an email confirming that my policy canceled they still tried twice to debit my account . They also don't stop sending me emails and WhatsApps regarding the policy . I never accept their debit order on my banking app yet they still go ahead . And that notwithstanding the law that allows a cancellation period of 14 days ,and I cancelled on the same day they **** to me regarding the amount of my premium . STAY AWAY THEY ARE BAD NEWS and owe me R14.00 on spilled bank costs . IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY but the principle behind it . 1. STop emailing me regarding pre tests 2. Stop WhatsApp me 3. Stop saying I owe a premium JUSt stop pestering me 4.Pay back my spilled bank charges
