Not impressed.

Guys, Your sales cycle, for my initial product was slick but all further interactions were horrid. It took two+ days per email interaction. Whatsapp chat was worse. I was embarrassed sitting on the dealer floor, wanting to collect my new car and had literally begged you for assistance. I'm now paying double the premium with my previous insurer but at least I can reach them and get service.
