Not happy at all

I’m not happy I think I was fast with my good review now I’m sitting here with debited money on my account ,while I’ve told them not to debit before I got the vehicle as stated in their policy I’ve cancelled it before 14days but still they went on debit my account. Need my money back asap which car are you insuring because I’ve said the car is with the dealer not yet signed for it
