You guys debited my account today even though I told you from yesterday that I’m not getting the car tomorrow as planned.

A week later I’m still waiting for my refund. Tomorrow I’m supposed to collect my car and you charged me a pro rata which I don’t have and it must be debited today. What must happen now?
