Not bad so far

I have recently joined Pineapple insurance. I am so far impressed with their level of support. They respond very quickly via email and chat. Some things i am not happy about - i wasn't informed i need to get tracker and the pre-inspection video took long to load and had to start over as i thought it would load in the background if i went off it. These issues are minor 4 me in the broader scheme of things. Otherwise, best premium and overall I'm fine woth it, hence the 4. I like the rewards too.
