Not a proper insurance

It's been a full month now since I lodge a claim, but still waiting and keep receiving text on their App saying "you will have your feedback in the next 48hrs". They use an assessor with WatsApp pictures only, no physical assessing. Documents needed when you lodge a claim, is like a crime scene.
