Not a happy client
I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received from Pineapple Insurance. It is nearly impossible to get hold of someone when you urgently need assistance. In an emergency, the last thing a customer should experience is delayed communication. The promised call-backs come far too late, and the WhatsApp support channel has been completely unhelpful. This experience has been stressful and unacceptable.
