Nonsensical service!!!
Took a product with these guys, they did not meet my needs and I cancelled. I requested for a cancelation letter which todate I have not received.
To top it all off, they have failed to update my details on the credit bureau and keep sending that I missed payments. No line to contact them and after many emails back and forth an agent says please confirm your email address.
My credit score is busy taking a massive knock as their product shows as active.
