NONE RESPONSIVE TO FOLLOW UP ON CLAIM
This insurance I made a claim for 3rd party damage to my vehicle. I have been following ups via email on my claim and they just ignore and not respond, they dont even keep the app on which I made the claim updated.
They do not struggle to find my payments on a monthly but fail to respond when I need feedback.
Very disappointing
