Non-Compliance
I opened insurance policy with consultant over the phone and took agreement premium R1088.13 access fee: R2000. Later the day I was sent welcome pack my car insured twice premium R1950.13 and I declined. They sent 2nd welcome pack premium R1239.11 declined and I have been calling and writing email to cancel my policy *** as they have been non compliant to the agreement. I was informed calls are being recorded they should go listen to that call and stop sending incorrect premium.
