Non Compliance by the company

I wrote a review last time regarding the validator Khumo Ramela, i was never helped in anyway now he claims to have made validations and im simply asking for proof he says that his proof is verbal, this guy has always been oppressive towards me he even closed my claim he said it was due to non compliance now he can’t comply and give me proof of his statement… what do i do now? When I took an insurance with Pineapple insurance I thought I had found a peace of mind but no it was the beginning of my nightmare.. the stress of losing my vehicle at the same time the inconsiderate oppressive validators who never want to hear another person’s story but they always want their words to be heard
