Nomfundo was very helpful in assisting me with confirming that my vehicle inspection certificate had been received, but I do feel that Pineapple Insurance needs to re-evaluate their communication methods. I received an email stating that they did not have a vehicle inspection certificate on file for me, but Nomfundo explained that this communication was sent to all clients, even those who did have a valid inspection certificate. This cause me unnecessary stress thinking my car was not covered when actually it was. Great and quick service by Nomfundo though
