Nokia 7 Plus Insurance Claim Top Service

Good Morning I have a few items insured with Pineapple & due to my phone getting ****** I logged a claim The experience was 100% I had a couple of missing docs so there was a slight delay but the service was 100% After sending all the docs needed within a few days the claim was approved and paid to me via a claimscard. I opted for a Takealot Voucher & I received it I received the full amount that I am covered for less the excess which was R500 The overall experience was perfect & I have no complaints Everything was done via messenger on the app and website & was so easy to use The Voucher I chose was Takealot and I loaded it on my account I can now spend time this weekend purchasing a phone Thank you Pineapple Insurance for such excellent service I will definitely insure my new phone with you guys as well as other things too
