No Transparency = No Trust = No Insurance
* No documentation provided - still waiting for the Policy Schedule 6 months later. *Communication has been extremely poor. No consistent or reliable point of contact. * No transperancy.
Cheap premium clearly comes with cheap customer service.
With Pineapple insurance you get what you pay for, unfortunately.
