No service from Nthabeleng from claims

After i had an accident and my car was return of, I received great service from one of the claims assessors, Khumo however after that it has been down hill, I never receive any service from the lady handling my claim called Nthabeleng, every single day I must call in to find out where she is with my claim, and she is always busy on the line but I wonder which clients she calls because in the almost a month of the claim being in progress she has called me one time and every time I call they say she will call me back not a single time has she done that… yesterday she said she will send an agreement of loss by close of business yesterday, she has not nor has she communicated why not. It is very frustrating. If there is something she is waiting for or needs from a department, just COMMUNICATE. Keep me in the loop. I have always received impeccable service from most pineapple agent but this is beyond frustrating
