NO SERVICE

I have been trying to cancel my insurance with pineapple insurance, i have been waiting for paperwork from the Aug 2022 still nothing, and I have realized that they do not have a call center, so they cant be reached. I have used their chat platform that i found on google, the consultant will reply but as soon as I say i want to cancel my services with them they do not reply back.
