No response to emails for two weeks now

Worst service when it comes to responding to emails. I have been waiting for two for them reply to an email requesting the following:

1. No incident in last 3,5&6 years 2. Confirmation of policy cover/policy schedule 3. Claims letter 4. NCB - No claims letter bonus

What will happen when I have a claim, really considering dropping this insurance
