No longer sure about insuring with them

When you need them they are not there. i have try numerous times to contact them about the guidance to do inspection to my cars, as there is no option that shows me how to do it. The only option I get leads me to a new car not my already insured cars.

I try chat with them and they respond after hours, I facebooked them and they never respond. The next thing I have a crisis with one of the cars they will be telling me no inspections was done. Why can't they send us to Glasfit or something because this app of theirs really suck and they lack communication. My question is if I can't get hold of them now to do my inspection and to tell me how to send tracker certificate to them, will they be available when I need them?
