No feedback or contact after a week on claim

I read through all the reviews and must asmit I wish I could share the same sentiment. I logged a claim on Friday with Pineapple. Every morning I receive a message saying that the claim has been assigned to Ivan and that contact will be made shortly. To date I havent received as much as a phone call just giving me some sort of update. When I send messages on the app for feedback, same story - It has been escalated and the team will contact you shortly. I am very disappointed as they promised so much and arent delivering on that promise.
